President/CEO

Hattie Wagner serves as President/CEO of Presbyterian Homes and Services of Kentucky. Originally joining the Presbyterian Homes family 26 years ago, Hattie began her work as Director of Pastoral Care.  She accepted the position of Vice President of Mission in 2007, and became the President/CEO in November of 2012.

She brings a unique perspective to the business of operating retirement communities and skilled nursing facilities in that she is a devoted proponent of the mission of compassion and service. Ordained as a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) in 1985, Hattie served as a pastor, retreat leader, and spiritual director prior to joining Presbyterian Homes. Born in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, Hattie has now lived in Kentucky for over forty years. She and her husband, Steve, share the joy as parents of five adult children and four grandchildren.
