Assisted Living Basic Health

Live Fully and Independently with Assistance

What's the difference between Assisted Living Basic Health and Assisted Living Social Model?

Assisted Living Basic Health provides an opportunity for people to live fully and independently with assistance from staff members who feel like family. Assisted Living Basic Health communities offer the same social environment and support for independence as Assisted Living Social communities, but with the added benefit of licensed medical staff who can provide services such as medication administration and nursing care.

Residents in Assisted Living Basic Health receive more clinical support than those in a social Assisted Living model. Nursing staff assist Assisted Living Basic Health residents with daily activities such as self-care, using the toilet, and bathing, but they are able to move independently around the community.

Our staff members work with families and medical professionals to determine the kind of care each resident needs. We offer a continuum of care that allows residents to live fully and independently with assistance from staff members who feel like family.

Our Assisted Living Basic Health community offers onsite rehabilitation and nursing services. Private apartments are available at an all-inclusive, flat monthly fee. We do not charge extra for additional services because we want our residents to feel at home. Living options are available based on budget; we have several floor plans to choose from.
